consultations & appointments
Private one-to-one pre-treatment consultations are highly recommended to determine the best treatments for your needs. The pre-treatment consultation fee will be deducted from any treatment undertaken at The Perenne Clinic within 6 weeks of your initial consultation.
£40 per consultation
When booking an appointment without a pre-treatment consultation, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit. Your appointment booking will not be confirmed until the deposit fee is received and cleared. Deposits paid are fully deductible from any treatment cost at the Perenne Clinic if the treatment is undertaken within 6 weeks of the receipt of the deposit.
Deposits are 50% of the treatment fee
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy requires notification of any cancellations or changes to appointments at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the full consultation or treatment fee being charged. This policy ensures that we can efficiently manage our schedule, accommodate other clients' needs effectively and cover any pre-prepared products.
